As you can imagine it takes a great many people and the support of local businesses to put together an event attended by over 300 - many who have been contributing for several years now.
Firstly, thanks to Bob and Lucy Gosse. Besides marshal co-ordination Bob and Lucy take care of all the event ground work - a substantial and time consuming task. Bob is also to be thanked for planning the fabulous cycle and running routes and compiling all the maps.

Volunteers
We wish to give a wholehearted thanks to the helpful and cheery volunteers who give up so much of their time to help with all of these jobs: putting out signs, marshalling, baking cakes, setting up the courses, providing First Aid, parking, distributing leaflets, handing out medals, running the refreshment stall, taking photographs .. the list is endless. You name it, they do it. Without the volunteers this event would not happen.
A special thank you to the Stockbridge Scouts for volunteering their help with marshalling and organising the car park so cheerfully and efficiently and to the Physical Training team at the Army Air Corps Middle Wallop for invaluable assistance with timekeeping.
