From the registration team to the marshals on the course to the Scouts organising the car parking, everyone was very encouraging and cheerful. Discussing over a beer in the boot we all agreed that it's an event that you can do just as you please, either race it or just take it as a social ride. It was very technically challenging this year as there were some really deep bone hard ruts - no idea how the tandem and uni cycle did it!”

The Marshalls were excellent and of very good humour considering how long they held their positions, the Ladies manning the tea and cake stall were a Godsend after a hard race and it was great to be part of such a well organised fun event. We will certainly do our best to come again next year, our very best wishes”
